FEAR = False Evidence

I would like to focus my intentions on remaining positive, and remembering that ppl don’t automatically dis-like me. I am in a new place, with new friends, and need to concentrate on the positive aspects of life. I no longer want to fear new ppl and experiences.
Supporting Actions:

I am going to be mindful of my internal conversations, and try to swallow the anxiety when it surfaces
Background Information:

Just moved to a new place 5000 kms from home with new ppl and environments, and am feeling very lonely, and afraid that I won’t be successful

FEAR = False Evidence Appearing Real.

Your move started out seeming scary, but now it is a grand adventure! Imagine and affirm that you are open to relationships and surrounded by those people you admire and support you.

I had a similar situation (without the move) and what helped me is remembering what it first felt like to fall in love. You know that wonderful happy, bubbly feeling in the pit of your stomach, the can’t-help-it-smile you always wore because of that feeling, and the feeling that nothing can go wrong? Remember that feeling, and feel it as much as you can during the day…just before you are going to talk to a potential new friend, or just sitting watching tv. This aligns your energies with positive people and good things.

I see you surrounded by supportive, wonderful people, who are great friends – as you are to them!

As for the successful part – look how far you’ve come in life – you are already a success! 🙂

Hugs, and Blessings!

And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.

Remember a few things: Fear is a coward and when you face what you are fearing, it will always back down. Ask yourself from time to time “is my motivation fear or faith & love?” Choose the love and faith and you will be victorious. Also, try to remember, you aren’t the only person going through your loneliness. This loneliness is a good thing, because it is teaching you to reach out and think where other people might be on their journey as well. Use this time, to allow yourself to grow in your character and ask yourself, “what am I to learn about, while I am here?” Turn it all around for your good, and see what happens.

There isn’t anything you can’t do!
